This will be a hands-on workshop so you need to bring a memory stick or CD with the following:

• ^{a word document containing official Club name, officers, meeting place and time, summary of projects you do and those you help in the community, contact information, club calendar, etc.}
• ^{a few pictures of members in action, club logo or graphic art work to include on the web page}
• ^{a word document with complete information about 2 up-coming club events or fund raisers: who, what, when, where, why, cost & contact information}
