PattyWhitehouse, President

Patty, a retired Chubb and Son Vice President, is currently self-employed as a certified executive and life coach, public speaker and workshop facilitator. Patty is a member of the International Coach Federation and the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association.  She successfully completed “The Senior Leadership Program” at the Rutgers Institute for Women’s Leadership, and has remained connected with the program as a panelist and guest speaker. For a number of years, she has coached high-potential, working women professionals as a mentor for 2 organizations: WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. and Chubb’s Women’s Development Council. Patty also served the General Federation of Women’s Clubs as a Mentor, coaching Federation members throughout the country on membership-related issues.

During her tenure at Chubb, Patty served two terms as President of the Chubb Quarter Century Club and was instrumental in establishing the Chubb Information Technology Women’s Council, serving as a member of its Steering Committee. 

In addition to her current position as President, Patty has served the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs (NJSFWC) Board of Directors as its President-elect, First Vice President and Leadership Chairman, Second Vice President, Third Vice President and Membership Chairman, 10th (Highlands) District Vice President, and Legislation/Resolutions Chairman. During her term as Legislation/Resolutions Chairman, Patty spear-headed the efforts of the NJSFWC to secure passage of the state and federal legislation preserving the New Jersey Highlands. She was also a member of NJ’s Membership Task Force and Convention Committee. Patty is a member of the GFWC Peapack-Gladstone Woman’s Club, NJSFWC EX Club, Past Presidents’ Club of the 10th (Highlands) District, GFWC Lilies and Phoenix Clubs.

Patty has been happily married to best friend, Bill, for over 40 years. Patty loves the performing arts—films, theater and dance. She is especially fond of stories with happy endings, anyone with a positive, “can-do” attitude, college basketball and the New York Yankees.

 

 

Linda Babeuf, First Vice President

Linda Babeuf has been a member of the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs and the Rumson Women’s Club since 1987.

She served as Vice Chairman of Communications and Public Affairs, State Chairman of Fundraising, Program Assistance and Headquarters Foundation Fund, Vice President of the Fifth District, Third Vice President/State Membership Chairman, Second Vice President  and is currently serving as First Vice President. As First Vice President Linda serves as the Dean to the District Vice Presidents and State Leadership Chairman.

As a member of the Rumson Women’s Club she has served as Chairman of many committees including, Nominations, Holiday Bazaar, Scholarship Luncheon and member of the Girls Career Institute delegate selection committee. On the Executive Board of the club Linda has held every position, Parliamentarian, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and several terms as club President. She currently serves the Rumson Women’s Club as Federation and Recording Secretary and continues as an Advisor to the Two River Juniorettes, a club she was instrumental in forming.

Linda is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, a founding member and past President of the Rumson-Fair Haven Education Association and a forming member of the Rumson Education Association. She was President of the Rumson PTA and the Rumson-Fair Haven PTSA as well as a Tiger Club leader.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Linda graduated from St John’s University with a degree in Education, continued her studies with music classes at Queen’s College, business/finance courses at Bernard Baruch and studied interior design at Brookdale Community College. Linda worked for 11 years at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in NYC, leaving to stay home with her children, Linda is married to John Stevenson Babeuf, they have two grown children Lindsay and Ryan and are the proud adoptive parents of Karli and Ellis, released (change of career) Canine Companions for Independence.


Jill Passaretti, Second Vice President

Jill Passaretti is currently serving as New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs of GFWC (NJSFWC) Second Vice President, Dean to the Department Chairmen and Standing Committee Chairmen who report to the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, (GFWC).  She has served on the NJSFWC Board of Directors as Third Vice President/State Membership Chairman, Recording Secretary,  Vice President Tenth District (Highlands) and as NJSFWC Education Chairman where she was the liaison to the Governor's Office for the Governor's Book Club.

Prior to that, she was NJSFWC Membership Vice Chairman, and District Chairman for Home Life / Social Services as well as Education. Jill has been a member of the Strategic Planning, Legislation/ Resolutions and Credentials and Registration Committees.

She has been an active member of the GFWC Vernon Township Woman’s Club since September 1987 serving twice as club president. She is a member of the Past Presidents Club of the Highlands District, State Ex Club, GFWC Lilies, Phoenix Club and is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians.   Over the years Jill has been active in her community; treasurer of her church, Girl Scout Leader and secretary for M.U.S.I.C. the choir parents group at the High School.

Jill and her husband Steve have been married for 30 years and are the parents of two grown children. She is employed full time by Tangoe, a telecommunication firm.
